Examination Schedule and Procedures
Examinations will be conducted four times a year in February, May, August, and November on Saturdays and Sundays. Each day will feature two examination sessions, each lasting three hours. Exams will be available in both online and center-based written formats.
Examination Methods
| 1. Study Centre Method: - Theoretical question-and-answer based exams. - Each semester has a 10-day examination window. - Exams are held at the respective study centers, with each subject exam lasting 3 hours. - Students can choose their exam schedule within the 10 days, with the option to take breaks between exams. |
| 2. Online Method: - Includes both subjective and objective questions. - Students submit answers online through an assigned submission ID. - Questions are situation-based to enhance practical knowledge and thinking. - Each subject is worth 100 marks, with a passing mark of 50%. - Students will be graded based on their results. - Certificates and mark sheets can be collected from the respective study center of RVV Vocational Institute, Mumbai. |
| 3. Examination Fee - The examination fee is INR 600 per paper. - Payment must be made via Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of "Rashtriy Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Mumbai," payable at Mumbai. - Students who do not pass a paper must reappear for the exam in the next cycle, with an additional fee of INR 600 per paper. |
| 4. Grading System: - A+ : 80% and above - A : 65% - 79% - B+ : 60% - 64% - B : 50% - 59% |
| 5. Examination Results: - Results will be published within 45 days after receiving the complete set of answer papers and assignments/case study projects. |
Important Notice : Students must submit all examination papers for a particular semester together. Failure to do so will result in a mark sheet with a "Failed" status.
Note : - Objective questions will be multiple-choice, answered using Optical Mark Reading (OMR) sheets.
